Returns Policy
If you wish to return goods to us for any reason you can do so within 30 days from receipt of your order. A full refund will be given within 14 days from return of goods.
It is your responsibility to pay the carriage costs of returned goods. All goods must be in the original packaging, should not have been fitted/installed and must be in re-saleable condition.
Incorrect Products
If we have delivered the wrong item to you please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange delivery of correct goods and collection of incorrect item/s.
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item/s then simply re-order online and return the incorrect item/s to us. As soon as we are in receipt of the item/s we will refund your money via the relevant payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Should you receive any faulty or damaged goods then please notify us immediately quoting the invoice number to be found on the invoice/receipt enclosed with your order. We will arrange delivery of replacement goods and the collection of faulty/damaged item/s.

Cancellation of your order
You have the right to cancel any order without any charges up to the point of dispatch. After then you will be responsible for the costs of returning any goods to us for a refund.
